These Terms of Use (“Terms”, “Agreement”) govern your use of the VPlay mobile application (“Application”, “App”, “Service”) operated by VPlay (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

By using the Service, you confirm that:
You are at least 13 years old; and
You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction, or you have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
If you use the Service on behalf of a company or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. License and Access
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:
download and install one copy of the Application on a device that you own or control; and
use the Application for your personal, non-commercial purposes.
You agree that you will not:
copy, modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on the Application;
reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code, except where permitted by law;
remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices;
use the Application for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

3. Your Content and Local Media
The Application may allow you to:
access, organize, and play video or audio files stored on your device;
create and manage queues, lists, or collections of your media;
view information about media items within the Application.
You are solely responsible for:
ensuring you have all rights and permissions required to use any media through the Application;
using the Application in accordance with all applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
The Company does not take responsibility for how you obtain, share, or use any media files in connection with the Application.

4. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
use the Service in a way that violates any law or regulation;
use the Service to upload, store, or share content that is unlawful, harmful, or infringes on the rights of others;
interfere with or disrupt the integrity, security, or performance of the Service;
attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems;
use automated means (such as bots or scripts) to access the Service, except where explicitly allowed.
We may investigate and take appropriate action, including suspending or terminating access, if we believe these rules are being violated.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without prior notice, if we reasonably believe that:

Upon termination:
your right to use the Service immediately ends;
some settings or stored data may no longer be available, subject to our Privacy Policy and legal obligations.
You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the Application.
